SourDev Agency provides web development and design services, including but not limited to regular and WordPress web development, SEO, e-commerce solutions, website redesign, Figma/PSD to website conversions, and WordPress bug fixes.
- Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not use the Site in any way that:
Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
Exploits, harms, or attempts to exploit or harm minors in any way.
Transmits or sends unsolicited commercial communications.
Impersonates any person or entity, or falsely states or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity.
Engages in any form of data scraping or harvesting.
- Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of SourDev Agency or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- User Accounts
If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
- Payment Terms
For any paid services, payment terms will be outlined in the specific service agreement. All payments must be made in accordance with the terms provided in the agreement.

In no event shall SourDev Agency be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SourDev Agency and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services or any violation of these Terms.

- Refund Policy
Completed Work: If the work has been completed according to the agreed-upon scope, no refunds will be provided.
Work in Progress: If the work is only partially completed, we will provide the files related to the completed portion of the work. Additionally, a partial refund will be issued based on the percentage of work completed at the time of the refund request.
Refunds for partial work are calculated based on the milestone payments and the amount of work completed up to the point of the refund request.
